Business Development Coordinator
This position will be located in the Burlington, NC office, and will specialize in making outbound sales phone calls on behalf of the organization to prospect for new business, develop/maintain current business, and sell the company product portfolio of brands by taking the wholesale customer through the sales process.
In addition, this position is responsible for obtaining possible wholesale customer leads and conducting follow up on first point of contact. Sell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtaining customer information as needed. Entering data and maintaining database of potential customers or existing customers.
Excellent Customer Service, communication and computer skills required.
Experience in Outbound Call Center activities and Customer Service strongly preferred.
