MarketSource is currently searching for a Wireless Team Lead to work within our partner Target Mobile. This is a full-time position designed to increase sales and revenue of wireless products and services through direct selling within our partners National Retail locations. The Sales Manager will directly manage 1-4 sales reps. This could include both full and part time associates.
Requirements:
o 2
years training, sales, retail management or related experience
o Must be 18 years or older
o Retail Management experience preferred
o Excellent communication skills
o Knowledge of wireless technology preferred
o Proven record as leader, organizer, and/or teacher
o Flexibility to work weekends
o Proven self starter
o Ability to take complex technology to simplified consumer value proposition
o College degree preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
