Position: Senior Information Technology Technical Specialist PeopleSoft ERP
Location: Burlington, NC
Projected duration: 6 months

Basic Functions:
Reviews, analyzes, designs, compiles, and evaluates complex programs and data to resolve issues and implement improvements to both hardware and software. May lead a project teams. Makes recommendations to management and coordinates implementation of new equipment/methodologies. Ensures timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines of project. Instructs, directs and checks the work of other Project Analysts. Assists less experienced analysts in problem resolution.
Principal Functions:
Technical troubleshoot for PeopleSoft ERP application
Identify and implement process improvement
Lead technical staff in their trouble shooting and process improvements
Apply quality management methods, tools and techniques to create and support defect-free application software that meets the needs of the organization
Manage within a defined time and budget
Provide status reports and feedback to IT Management and Business Management
Create, review and approve test plans including scope, test methodology and test case identification
Ensure industry best practices and FDA requirements are integrated into QA/Test processes and artifacts
Minimum Job Requirements:
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 15 years experience with PeopleSoft ERP solution
Minimum of 5 years in a management or lead role
Track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solution projects
Demonstrated ability to lead teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills with logical deductions
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including customers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Preferred Skills:
Understanding & implementation team processes
Excellent negotiation and consensus building abilities
Recognized for motivating and building high performance testing teams.
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 15 years experience with PeopleSoft ERP solution
Minimum of 5 years in a management or lead roleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
