Prepare and process expense reimbursements for Director's approval Prepare and process related payroll reports and documents.
Prepare payable vouchers for all invoices received and forward to appropriate person for approval.
Prepare receipt vouchers to record monies received and forward to appropriate person for deposit.
Assist with preparing, maintaining and updating employee privileging records and documents.
Order and maintain supplies and materials for staff.
Open, sort and distribute mail to the appropriate person.
Distribute memos and correspondence to families and staff.
Maintain and reconcile petty cash, with Director's approval.
Take meeting minutes, as needed.
Operate phone system by answering incoming calls, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Operate variety of office equipment in order to efficiently perform job duties (e.
g.
computer, typewriter, adding machine, copier, printer, intercom system).
Serve as a back-up for front desk receptionist, as needed.
Assist management with preparation of status changes.
Prepare written correspondence for program, as needed (e.
g.
memos, flyers, notices, etc.
).
Professionally interact and communicate with a variety of individuals and groups including students, parents/guardians, drivers, immediate supervisor, co-workers, the public and the individuals we serve.
Abide by, enforce and participate in the implementation and ongoing oversight of all LIFESPAN safety standards and regulations.
Flexibility in schedule.
Ability to step into the classroom when needed RequirementsWhat you need:
Must be at least 18 years of age Pass criminal record and healthcare registry check Pass driving record check if providing transportation High school graduate or equivalent (GED) Two years of experience in an administrative role (preferred) Commitment to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities Note:
Current First Aid/CPR blended or classroom certification is required.
If you do not currently have certification from an approved, our American Red Cross certified instructors will provide you the training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
