We are seeking a Service Coordinator for our location in Evansville, IN.
Our Service Coordinators are an integral part of our team as they communicate with their fellow team members to facilitate maintenance and repairs on our trailers.
What you'll be doing:
Checking in inbound trailers Inspecting in bound trailers to determine repairs needed Completing work shop order forms Documenting completed repairs Issuing work orders to mechanics Maintaining workflow of mechanics Skills required to prosper with ATRG:
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving and follow up skills Energized by building and nurturing customer relationships Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Word and Excel.
Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously abreast of its services Detail oriented Can do attitude.
Qualifications to aid in your success:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One to three years' experience with direct customer relations Previous trailer repair coordination (preferred) What ATRG Offers you:
