Summary:
The Customer Service Representative position plays a key role in the customer's experience.
The Customer Service Representative will oftentimes be the initial point of contact for a customer and the front line of support for both our customers and our outside sales team (Technical Sales Team).
Role
Responsibilities:
Answering calls and emails from clients, responding to customer complaints, questions, requests, and inquiries about products and services.
Managing incoming leads from potential clients.
This will include screening each call, determining the potential services needed, and scheduling an appointment (assessment) with a Technical Sales Consultant.
Creating/opening customer accounts Maintaining customer records by updating account information Helping customers with financing and warranty information/problems; providing customer feedback to management Working closely with Technical Sales Consultants regarding sales proposals, promotions and initiatives Attending training meetings, seminars, and sales meetings as required Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Education and Specialized Skills Requirements:
High school diploma / equivalent or a comparable combination of education, experience or training in related field Previous Customer Service experience is preferred Experience within the home service or construction industry is a plus Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Basic math skills Experience with multi-line phone system Ability to maintain a positive attitude, to be professional, and to put customers first Desire to work with a great team in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Pleasant phone personality Ability to multi-task Ability to adapt

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
