The Non-Clinical, Non Nursing Supplemental/Temporary staff serve as an additional resource for Cone Health patients, families and guests while augmenting normal staffing during times of abnormally high patient volume.
They will integrate iCare values as they seek to offer support, care and comfort to patients and guests.
The schedule for this position is every Saturday & Sunday, 6am - 1pm.
Responsibilities:
Performs screening of visitors, patients and employees regarding COVID including but not limited to performing COVID screening questionnaire, obtaining temperatures, providing masks and registration.
Assists patients by wayfinding and answering questions/providing resources and contact information for hospital departments.
Assists with escorting of patients and families to appropriate destinations as needed.
Transports supplies from one area to another.
Registration of persons in the community when arriving for COVID testing.
May serve as a front-line receptionist in areas such as holding/waiting areas in outpatient or inpatient settings.
Observe and direct clinical staff with safe application and removal of personal protective equipment.
Assist with monitoring, distributing and maintaining personal protective supplies on departments.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Required - High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred - Training in healthcare
Experience:
Preferred - One to two years guest relations experience LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
