We are looking for an HR Recruiter who has an outgoing personality to present as a face of Always Best Care for future employees.
It is the responsibility of the Recruiter to manage a constant flow of applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, and maintain new hire paperwork and process through the completion of orientation.
Responsibilities A.
Screen applicant resumes B.
Call applicants to schedule interviews C.
Schedule and track interviews on Outlook D.
Track hires via various hiring platforms E.
Input, copy, track applicant paperwork through hire F.
Create caregiver file G.
Manage Orientations H.
Document all communications J.
Answer incoming calls K.
Communicate with scheduling department to keep hiring needs up to date L.
Maintains and respects confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information to ensure privacy is protected Knowledge and Skills Requirements A.
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills B.
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills C.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectively, both verbally and in writing D.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite E.
Prefer minimum 1-year recruitment/hiring experience G.
Working knowledge of various hiring platforms Work Hours Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM; with flexibility for occasional orientations after hours and on weekends Location:
